Reporting into the Head of Finance, your role will be to implement the business partnering function for the assigned service area of Special Education Needs (SEND), supporting delivery of the SEND reforms as well as providing strategic support and financial advice. To be considered for the role you will be an excellent technical accountant with a background in SEND, high needs and schools finance and day to day your role will include: Be the lead finance business partner for the SEND reforms and associated transformation programmes, providing strategic financial advice and guidance. Monitor and report SEND budgets, forecasts and mitigations. Support the delivery of SEND improvement plans and deficit management.
