What you''ll do Act as the key finance partner to the National Sales leadership team, providing insight, challenge and commercial support. Own and drive the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting process for the sales division. Provide clear analysis of sales performance, revenue, margins, costs and profitability. Translate financial data into actionable commercial insight for senior stakeholders. Partner with sales leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks and improve financial performance. Lead monthly performance reviews, explaining variances and agreeing appropriate actions. Support commercial decision-making, including pricing, investment cases, customer profitability and strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain meaningful KPIs and reporting to support sales performance. Challenge assumptions and promote strong financial discipline across the division.
