Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused finance professional to join a large, international organisation operating within a fast-paced logistics and operational environment. This is a highly visible business partnering role, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision-making across a global network. They Key Remits to the role will include; Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting. Provide commercial insight and performance analysis. Drive operational efficiency and cost improvement. Support investment and strategic decision-making. Ensure robust financial control and governance. Develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting. Champion continuous improvement and automation. The ideal candidate will be; ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Proven finance business partnering experience. Experience in a complex operational environment. Strong commercial and analytical skills. Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. Experience with business cases and investment appraisal. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proven people leadership and development skills. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
