Finance Business Partner

East Midlands (Full time on site)£350 PD12-Month ContractWe are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner for an initial 12-month contract in the East Midlands.This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of financial performance, partnering closely with operational teams to influence decision-making across complex, high-impact projects.You will:Partner and support wider operational and commercial teams with financial insightMonitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate reporting and budget managementPrepare project costingsto support business casesBuild and maintain forecasting models using data visualisation and automation tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)Deliver weekly forecasts and variance analysis to support informed decision-makingSupport external funding processes and commercial performance optimisationCollaborate with project leaders on resource planning and headcount costingDrive automation and continuous improvement across reporting processesPresent financial insights clearly and concisely to senior stakeholdersYou are:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Strong experience in finance business partnering, management accounting, or cost controlProven background in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience working with large datasets and financial modellingAdvanced Excel skills; experience with data platforms is highly desirableExcellent communication and stakeholder management ..... full job details .....
