Our client are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support the business through an important period of change.This is a brilliant opportunity for a qualified Accountant looking to step into a more commercially focused role, with real exposure to senior stakeholders across the operation.The RoleSitting within a small, close-knit finance team, you''ll take ownership of:Acting as a true Finance Business Partner to operational stakeholdersSupporting and challenging business units on performance, cost control and opportunitiesProduction of monthly management accountsProviding insightful analysis to aid decision-makingContributing to budgeting and forecasting processesSupporting the business through ongoing systems changeWhile there is a technical element (month-end), the focus is very much on commercial value-add and stakeholder engagement.The PersonThis role is ideally suited to someone who:Is fully qualified (ICAS / ACCA / CIMA)Comes from an Accounting background but is eager to step up into a more commercial roleIs confident engaging with stakeholders and can challenge and add valueCan move beyond pure reporting and bring ideas, insight and commercial thinkingIs keen to be visible in the business and build relationships on-siteYou don''t need to be a polished FBP already-but you must have the potential and appetite to develop into one.Key Details12-month FTC Target start date ASAP (flexible, but ideally before end of August)Salary: ..... full job details .....
