Location: ManchesterSalary: £50,000 - £60,000, plus additional benefitsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleRobert Half are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing and innovative technology company based in Manchester.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a fast-paced business and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Finance Director and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide financial insight, challenge and analysis to drive business performance and support continued growth. Whilst the role offers some flexibility to work remotely, the successful candidate will be expected to spend the majority of their time on site to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide commercial finance support and strategic insightPrepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecastsDeliver financial analysis, KPI reporting and variance analysis to support business performanceProvide commercial insight to influence strategic decision-makingDevelop financial models, business cases and investment appraisalsSupport long-term financial planning and budgeting processesDrive continuous improvement across financial reporting, controls and processesWork closely with operational teams to identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencySupport ..... full job details .....
