Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting Professional Services company experiencing huge growth based in central Bristol. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£60,000 - £65,000 plus bonus, hybrid remote working and wider benefits packageRole responsibilities will include but not limited to: Actively monitor and report on monthly PandL performance and KPIs with insightful analysis to identify areas for challenge and improvementLead on the annual budget process, provide challenge and guidance to the Executive Team to ensure targets and assumptions are appropriate. Ensure deadlines are met and sufficient insightful analysis is provided to support approval by the Board. Support the Executive Team during budget presentations to the CEO and CFOProvide insight and analysis to the Group FC for longer term strategic planning and modellingReview performance of major contracts or projects against revenue and margin targets, and provide suggestions for areas of improvementMonitor performance of commercial activities using key metricsCreate business models for approval of new product, price changes or project investmentsProvide support to commercial and sales teams negotiating large deals, by creating bespoke bid models and challenging acceptable commercial/financial parametersPerson specification:Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)Data driven with strong analytical skills, with the ability to unite ..... full job details .....
