Finance Business Partner Job Type: Full-time Location: Hatfield Department: Finance Reporting to: Finance Manager We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide senior financial leadership across our business. This role is pivotal in owning management reporting, financial insight, and planning, translating financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The Finance Business Partner will act as a key business partner to senior stakeholders, driving financial discipline, challenging assumptions, and supporting the delivery of business objectives. Day-to-day of the role: Lead the preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts, focusing on accuracy, insight, and value-adding analysis. Provide high-quality financial and non-financial analysis with clear, concise commentary on business and departmental performance. Own balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, controls, and review. Manage the stock valuation and reconciliation process. Partner closely with senior leaders and budget holders, providing financial challenge and support to improve commercial outcomes. Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting cycles in collaboration with the Finance Manager and senior stakeholders. Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital, providing clear visibility and recommendations.
