Finance Business Partner

Role Overview Seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to provide proactive financial support, insight, and challenge across a complex public sector organisation. The role partners with senior stakeholders to drive financial sustainability, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the effective allocation of resources in line with organisational priorities. Key Responsibilities Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or similar finance role. Proven experience providing financial advice and challenge to senior managers and budget holders. Experience of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting. Experience analysing complex financial information and translating it into meaningful business insight. Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or service improvement initiatives. Experience building effective relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders. Experience working within a large, complex organisation, ideally within Local Government, Housing, or the wider Public Sector.
