This Finance Business Partner role offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced operational environment where finance plays a key role in supporting commercial decision-making and driving performance. The successful Finance Business Partner will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight and analysis to support ongoing projects and business objectives.This is an initial temporary assignment expected to last 6 months, with the potential for extension.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with operational and non-finance stakeholders to support business performanceProvide meaningful analysis of financial results, trends and key performance indicatorsSupport budgeting, forecasting and planning activitiesDeliver accurate management information to aid commercial decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and operational performanceChallenge assumptions and provide financial guidance to support strategic initiativesAssist with month-end reporting and variance analysisSupport ongoing projects across the manufacturing operationThe Successful CandidateYou will be an experienced Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Finance Manager with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and influence decision-making.Candidates will ideally demonstrate:Previous ..... full job details .....
