OverviewOur client, an established and fast growing healthcare organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its FPandA team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while partnering closely with operational stakeholders to drive financial insight and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver day-to-day finance business partnering supportProduce and analyse monthly reporting packs for operational teamsTranslate financial data for non-financial stakeholdersSupport budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processesDevelop business cases, KPIs, and performance metricsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and support efficiency initiativesAssist with workforce planning and recruitment approvalsContribute to financial modelling for new business opportunitiesEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory and audit standardsRequirementsQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in Business Partnering, FPandA or management accountingStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience with financial modelling, reporting, and data analysisAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environmentProactive, detail-oriented, and commercially ..... full job details .....
