Finance Business Partner

As the Sales and Marketing Finance Business Partner (FBP), you''ll be working in a senior ''individual-contributor'' role supporting the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) within Moorepay. Partnering with the wider leadership teams across Sales, Marketing and Pricing, you''ll drive forecasting, performance insight, and decision support across pipeline, bookings/ARR, retention, and unit economics, ensuring strong financial discipline and commercial focus across the go-to-market function.You''ll operate as a trusted Finance Partner to commercial leaders, and a key contributor to the Moorepay Finance team. You''ll report to the Head of Commercial Finance, working closely with the broader Finance, FPandA, and Group Finance functions. This role will work on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week) from our Swinton office.Key areas of responsibility will include:Financial Business Partnering - Sales and Marketing Providing clear commercial insight on Sales and Marketing performance, investment decisions, and go-to-market trade-offs.Challenging constructively, ensuring financial implications are understood and factored into decisions.Translating complex commercial and pipeline activity into clear financial narratives at OpCo Exec and SLT level.Planning, Budgeting and ForecastingOwning the end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Sales and Marketing.Maintaining driver-based forecasts across pipeline, bookings/ARR, churn/retention, ..... full job details .....
