Finance Business Partner
Key part of site leadership team, working cross functionally to deliver accurate and timeley management and financial reporting Client Details £15m t/o business unit within the growing UK (Lincoln) division of an International, tech driven Manufacturing Group Description Partnering with the Managing Director, Operations, Sales and other senior stakeholders to support business performance. Providing clear and insightful analysis of financial and operational performance. Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. Developing and monitoring KPIs that support business and manufacturing performance. Analysing margins, costs, productivity and profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement. Supporting commercial decision-making, including pricing, investment and business cases. Working with operational teams to improve cost control and financial performance. Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions. Improving the quality, accessibility and use of management information. Supporting month-end reporting and explaining key variances and trends. Helping develop systems, processes and controls as the business continues to scale. Playing an active role in identifying efficiencies and opportunities to improve the company''s financial performance. Profile You will be a Qualified or QBE accountant, preferable with experience of site control within a Manufacturing / Engineering business, long term contract / project ..... full job details .....
