Description Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.Deliver proactive financial insight and analysis, highlighting potential risks, opportunities, and initiatives to enhance margins and overall profitability.Contribute to pricing strategy, cost optimisation, and detailed profitability reviews across business units.Track performance against budget and forecast, clearly explaining key variances and underlying drivers.Maintain full responsibility for the integrity of the PandL, cash flow, and balance sheet, ensuring robust financial control.Oversee the month-end close process, producing accurate and timely management reporting.Ensure adherence to IFRS standards, internal control frameworks, and company financial governance policies.Continuously improve financial reporting processes, systems, and analytical tools to enhance decision support.Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to promote clarity, alignment, and transparency.
