The Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted commercial and strategic adviser to senior leaders across the business, providing high-quality financial insight to support decision-making, improve performance and deliver the organisation''s strategic objectives. Client Details This role is based in Woking, with a well-known UK business. Description Act as the primary finance partner to designated business units, functions or senior leadership teams. Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted adviser on financial and commercial matters. Provide clear financial insight and challenge to support strategic and operational decision-making. Translate complex financial information into concise, commercially relevant recommendations. Support business leaders in evaluating strategic initiatives, investment decisions, transformation programmes and growth opportunities. Challenge assumptions, identify risks and ensure financial implications are fully understood before decisions are made. Lead or contribute to the annual budgeting and strategic planning process for relevant areas of the business. Own the financial forecasting process, ensuring forecasts are robust, evidence-based and aligned with operational plans. Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying key drivers and corrective actions.
