The business operates a successful multi-site model and has ambitious plans to continue expanding its network across the UK. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner who can work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to drive performance and support key business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and become a genuine commercial partner to the business. Description Weekly and monthly member sales and attrition reporting, identifying trends by site/region and cohort, providing insight to the operational teams. Develop and maintain commercial reporting and BI dashboards covering, sales, attrition, pool utilisation and site performance. Support pricing decisions and price increases through modelling of revenue impact, customer behaviour, churn sensitivity and site-level performance. Monitor new and existing site performance against budgets, including member numbers, revenue, EBITDA and return on capital employed (ROCE). Prepare commercial analysis and ..... full job details .....
