Description This Finance Business Partner role will require: Business Partnering and Insight: Partner with Senior leaders (e.g. IT, HR, Fleet, Property, Finance) to understand cost drivers, productivity and performance. Provide clear, actionable insight to support prioritisation and decision-making. Build trusted relationships that enable constructive challenge and influence.Performance Management: Analyse overhead spend and productivity trends, identifying risks and opportunities. Develop, enhance and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards for support functions. Increase transparency over support function costs, productivity and the outcomes delivered to the business.Planning, Forecasting and Modelling: Own forecasting and budgeting processes for Head Office and support functions.
