You will work on various areas including consolidation of accounts, management accounts, financial analysis, and reporting and supporting with value for money initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership, and operational teams to identify, investigate and implement remedial action to address issues impacting on financial and business performance.To lead in a VFM programme of cost/business reviews which delivers meaningful, timely and relevant financial business analysis. Provide professional support and expertise to others to develop and implement targets that link all cost decisions to outcomes.Providing support to Managers on all aspects of budgeting, financial performance reporting, forecasting, financial business analysis, VfM, and benchmarking for support services, housing team and Asset management.Your key responsibilities will be to prepare timely monthly and quarterly management information, advise on project costs and variances to budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and to challenge ..... full job details .....
