Finance Business Partner

Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing business based in Maidenhead to recruit a Finance Business Partner into its finance team.

This is a commercially focused role where you will work closely with operational and senior stakeholders to provide clear financial insight, support decision-making, and help drive performance across the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a trusted finance partner to operational teams.
• Providing analysis, insight, and commentary on business performance.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
• Reviewing costs, margins, and key variances.
• Preparing financial reports for management review.
• Working with stakeholders to improve processes and support growth.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• The ability to build strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience within manufacturing or a similar industrial environment would be beneficial.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
