As the Finance Business Partner (FBP) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the business.You will partner closely with commercial leadership to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support the delivery of revenue, profitability, and working capital targets.Scope of the Role

Act as a strategic finance partner to the Commercial Leadership Team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Strategy and Insights).Provide financial insights and recommendations on pricing, gross-to-net (G2N), advertising and promotion (AandP) investments, and product mix.Lead the weekly and monthly forecasting process, ensuring high accuracy and transparency.Evaluate risks and opportunities, driving actions to optimise financial outcomes.Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and company policies.Lead the annual budgeting process and support the 5-year Long Range Planning (LRP) cycle.Translate demand plans into rolling financial forecasts through the IBP process.Align financial plans with strategic objectives and resource allocation.Drive initiatives to improve commercial PandL performance and reduce operational costs.Deliver training to non-finance stakeholders to enhance financial literacy.Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling to support business cases and investment decisions.Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development.Experience Required

Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business drivers.Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel essential; Power BI/PowerPivot desirable).Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.BenefitsWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
