Working closely with the Director of Finance and Chief Officer of Finance, you will help shape financial decision-making, drive organisational performance, and support the delivery of key strategic objectives whilst maintaining the operational finance function.The RoleAs Lead Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to Heads of Department and Directors, providing high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering support.
