Finance Business PartnerCastleford, West Yorkshire up to 70, month Fixed-Term ContractWe are working with a growing, commercially focused business operating within the retail project delivery and store development sector, providing end-to-end solutions across project management, fixtures and fittings, procurement and installation. Due to a requirement for maternity cover, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a fixed-term contract. This is a key role partnering with operational, commercial and senior leadership teams, providing financial insight to support business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Divisional Director, General Managers and Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of divisional reporting, budgeting and forecasting, whilst identifying opportunities to strengthen financial controls, improve processes and drive commercial performance.Key responsibilities include:Producing monthly management accounts, rolling forecasts and divisional budgets.Delivering meaningful variance analysis, financial reporting and performance insights.Partnering with operational and commercial teams to review profitability, pipeline performance and business opportunities.Managing project and workstream profitability analysis, providing recommendations to key stakeholders.Preparing open-book contract budgets and supporting tenders and commercial proposals.Overseeing balance sheet ..... full job details .....
