The Role Working closely with the CFO and Group Financial Controller, this is a high-profile, newly created Finance Business Partner role with genuine influence across the group. You will work closely with sales, operations and commercial leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering best-in-class financial insight to support decision making at every level. You will lead FPandA activity across the business, owning budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and business planning, while providing forward-looking analysis to support continued growth. Commercial modelling and investment appraisal will form a key part of the role, particularly in the context of acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
