Finance Business Partner , you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring the financial health of key business areas. From forecasting and budgeting to variance analysis and investment appraisal, you’ll provide high-quality insights that shape decisions and deliver value.Key responsibilities:Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/weekly reporting.Deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.Partner with site leads, commercial teams, and senior management to guide strategic decisions with sound financial analysis and risk assessment.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.Support business improvement initiatives including digitisation, automation, and performance monitoring.Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking ForQualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).·Proficiency in business systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, SI) and Power BI.Strong commercial acumen, ideally with experience in FMCG or manufacturing.Passion in financial business partnering, with proven ability to influence and challenge at all levels.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate numbers into meaningful insights.Strong communicator, collaborator, and relationship builder.Proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic about driving change and adding value.Why Join Joseph Heler?At Joseph Heler, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
