Finance Business Partner. An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support a fast-paced customer-facing channel within a large consumer-focused organisation. Working closely with senior operational leaders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive commercial performance. This position sits within the Commercial Finance function and partners with senior stakeholders across digital, technology, marketing, and customer teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Partnering Partner with senior leaders to provide financial guidance, commercial insight, and constructive challenge to support key business decisions. Build strong relationships across operational teams to ensure financial implications are considered in planning and decision-making. Present complex financial information in a clear and actionable manner for both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Commercial Performance and Analysis Monitor key performance drivers and provide insights into business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Support the development and tracking of KPIs, ensuring initiatives are measured effectively and performance is transparent. Analyse commercial outcomes and provide recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and return on investment.
