The Role Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking for a role where you can make a real difference? What You Will Be Doing Leading and supporting finance teams within a complex organisation. Overseeing large-scale and complex budgets, ensuring effective financial management and accountability. Working closely with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and support long-term financial planning. Providing financial insight and analysis to support informed decision-making. Balancing financial discipline with service delivery priorities and outcomes. Supporting the financial governance of services across Children''s Services. What We''re Looking For Full CCAB or equivalent qualification (essential). Significant experience leading finance teams within a complex organisation.
