Iconic Resourcing is proud to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, globally recognised consumer brand to appoint a commercially sharp Finance Business Partner into their Marketing function.This is a rare embedded finance role - sitting inside the Marketing team and reporting directly to the Global VP of Marketing, with a dotted line into the Finance Director. You''ll be the financial engine behind every marketing investment decision - owning end-to-end budget management, performance reporting, and commercial insight across a complex, multi-channel, multi-region business.This role is based 4 days on site, 1 from home. Responsibilities: Own the global Marketing budget, partnering with senior marketers to align spend with strategy and business objectivesBuild and maintain ROI tracking frameworks across channels, campaigns and regions, producing clear weekly and monthly reporting for the wider businessDeliver detailed budget vs actuals variance analysis, connecting financial spend to measurable commercial impactDevelop internal reporting capabilities - consolidating complex marketing datasets into a single, decision-ready suite of reportsLead monthly budget review meetings with marketing budget holders, challenging assumptions and driving accountability for spendPrepare and maintain the Marketing cashflow forecast, ensuring ..... full job details .....
