Role Overview:
The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in providing financial insight and strategic support to key stakeholders across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to influence decision-making and drive business performance.
 
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

• Partner with senior finance and business teams to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and operational improvements.
• Present key financial insights to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business growth.

 
The successful Finance Business Partner:

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and commercially focused approach to finance.
