Finance Business Partner (Hybrid)

We re looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to work for a not for profit organisation based in Southeast London. This position will play a key role in supporting and strengthening financial management across a dynamic grants portfolio. This is a highly collaborative position, working closely with finance, programme, and partnership teams to provide insight, drive decision-making, and ensure funding is used effectively and strategically. You ll act as a critical link between finance and grant-making teams, translating complex financial data into meaningful insights while helping shape funding decisions that maximise impact. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, programme, and partnership teams Provide strategic financial advice and guidance on grant-making activities Support due diligence, budgeting, and financial reviews Deliver clear financial insights to support senior decision-making Budgeting and Forecasting Support grant forecasting processes and long-term financial planning Monitor budgets and commitments, identifying risks and opportunities Ensure funds are allocated effectively in line with donor requirements Management Reporting Produce accurate, timely financial reports for stakeholders Analyse financial performance, highlighting trends and variances Present financial data in a clear and accessible way Systems and Process Improvement Support and enhance financial systems ..... full job details .....
