We are looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional to partner with senior leaders across the organisation, providing high-quality financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting support. In this role, you will translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights, helping budget holders understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions that strengthen our services and maximise our impact. You will play a key role in producing management information, analysing trends, and supporting the development of annual budgets and forecasts across a diverse range of services. Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team, you will help drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems, ensuring our ways of working are efficient, effective, and fit for the future.
