You''ll be joining a well-established manufacturing business based in Driffield, offering up to £70,000 plus hybrid working (2 days from home), a solid benefits package, and the chance to make a tangible impact on how the business grows and performs.You''ll work closely with senior leaders across operations, sales and supply chain, helping them understand what the numbers actually mean - and how they can make better decisions because of them. This isn''t a reporting-only role. It''s about translating financial insight into commercial action.Day to day, you''ll build budgets and forecasts, track performance, challenge assumptions, and spot trends before they become problems. You''ll also play a key role in project analysis, investment appraisals and continuous improvement initiatives - the kind of stuff that makes a finance function genuinely strategic.You''ll need to be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong grounding in management accounts or business partnering, ideally within a manufacturing or product-based environment.
