Hays Senior Finance is delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious Oxfordshire-based organisation to recruit a newly created Group Finance Business Partner position.This is a highly commercial role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior operational leaders and the wider leadership team, providing financial insight, analysis and challenge to support business performance and strategic decision-making.The successful candidate will play a key role in developing the organisation''s financial planning and analysis capability during an exciting period of growth.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Business partnering with operational leaders across multiple business areasProducing management reporting and delivering meaningful financial insightSupporting month-end activities, including journals and reconciliationsContributing to budgeting, forecasting and business planning processesProviding financial modelling and decision support for business cases and investment opportunitiesAnalysing financial performance, identifying trends and recommending improvementsChallenging stakeholders to improve operational and financial outcomesSupporting resource planning and profitability improvement initiativesDriving process improvements across finance and wider business operationsSupporting statutory audit requirements and maintaining strong financial controlsParticipating in management meetings and supporting senior decision-makingAbout YouThe successful candidate ..... full job details .....
