Job Title: Finance Business PartnerLocation: North WestReports to: Finance DirctorSalary: 50-55K Purpose of the Role To act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing financial insight, analysis, and guidance that supports decision-making, improves financial performance, and drives business growth. Key Responsibilities Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.Deliver insightful financial analysis and reports to support operational and strategic decisions.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for designated business areas.Challenge business performance constructively to ensure alignment with targets and objectives.Translate complex financial data into meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders.Partner with operational teams to evaluate business cases, cost-saving initiatives, and investment decisions.Identify risks andopportunities, providing early warning on variances from budget or forecast.Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and corporate governance.Support month-end processes, variance analysis, and reporting for relevant departments.Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and business partnering practices.
