We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a

Finance Business Partner

to join their General Insurance (GI) Finance team in Leeds. This role offers exposure to Home, Motor, Pet, and a new Health insurance product, with opportunities to influence commercial strategy, engage with senior leaders, and contribute to key business decisions. The position provides a collaborative environment with strong career progression and development opportunities.Responsibilities

Prepare month-end reporting packs and provide insightful analysis for senior leadership.Engage with GI commercial teams to deliver plans and forecasts, ensuring ambitious but achievable targets.Provide finance expertise on GI and Finance projects and ad hoc data analysis.Build strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and internal customers.Support product launches and evaluate pricing, products, and propositions using financial models.Review partner contracts, commercial terms, and contribute to tenders and negotiations.Requirements

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ICAEW) with business partnering experience.Strong analytical, numeracy, and commercial awareness skills.Excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge; understanding of finance systems and processes.Self-motivated, organised, and able to influence senior stakeholders.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What the Role Offers
