This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.You''ll partner with senior stakeholders, deliver high-quality reporting and analysis, and contribute to FPandamp;A initiatives such as financial modelling, upgrading reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement.Our FPandamp;A team works closely with departments to analyse performance and provide insights that inform decisions at the highest level - including senior executives, the Board, and investors.ResponsibilitiesSupport assigned departments to understand their cost base and provide actionable insightsDeliver month-end, quarter-end, forecasting, and budgeting requirementsMaintain accurate financials to reflect true business performanceAssist with FPandamp;A initiatives, including driver-based analysis and headcount trackingCollaborate with Group FPandamp;A on business performance discussionsPrepare high-level reports and present findings to senior committeesInvestigate complex problems and assess risks for major business changesPromote accountability and continuous improvement across finance processesHandle ad hoc projects as directed by senior finance leadershipKey SkillsQualified ..... full job details .....
