As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will provide meaningful insights that help shape strategic decisions, working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders across the organisation.Duties:Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic reforecastsPerform deep-dive analysis into profitability drivers and identify value-add opportunitiesProduce clear, insightful KPI reporting and commentary for senior leadersPartner with operational and commercial teams to understand performance drivers and provide actionable recommendationsConduct ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis to support decision-makingAnalyse operational and financial data to highlight trends, variances, and improvement opportunitiesSupport system and process improvement initiatives within FPandA and the wider finance functionRequirements:Newly qualified or qualified (1-2 years PQE) ACCA, ACA or CIMAStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsCommercially minded with the ability to communicate complex insights simplyHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder-management abilitiesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial systemsSME experience ..... full job details .....
