Finance Business Partner

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a Not-for-Profit Business that are offering this remote-based commercial opportunity with occasional travel to Manchester to facilitate collaboration with various key stakeholders. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with Operational and Commercial Directors, providing insight, challenge and financial assurance to support better business decisions and long-term financial sustainability. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys business partnering, influencing senior stakeholders and using financial information to solve commercial and operational challenges, rather than simply reporting the numbers. Provide regular strategic financial reviews, identifying emerging risks, pressures and opportunities. Analyse financial performance and develop practical options to improve performance and sustainability. Support significant commissioner discussions, providing financial insight on spend, performance, funding and contract variations. Provide finance input into bids, tenders and re-tenders, including pricing, assumptions and financial sustainability.
