We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our leadership team and help us shape the future.This isn’t just about numbers – you’ll be responsible for budgets, forecasts and financial reporting. It’s about being a real partner to our service leaders, giving them the financial insight and support they need to keep vital services running and growing. You’ll sit at the heart of our planning, working alongside Directors and Heads of Service, preparing reports for senior teams and the Board, and helping us spot opportunities and challenges ahead.We’d love to hear from you if you’re a qualified accountant with solid senior level experience, confident with IT (especially Microsoft Office and M365), and someone who enjoys building relationships and influencing change. A UK driving licence is essential, and experience in a commercial or multi-functional environment would be a bonus.In return, you’ll be joining a values-driven organisation where your work really matters. Responsibilities
