Finance Business Partner London (Hybrid - 3 days office) £ pa + car allowance + up to 30% bonus, Pension, private healthcareWe''re partnering with a global, complex, consumer-led organisation operating across multiple brands and geographies to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a high-impact Group role.This position reports directly to a commercial, influential Group Finance Director and plays a key role in strengthening cost discipline, transparency and value creation across central functions.The roleAct as the senior finance partner to Group functions (e.g. HR, IT, Legal, Strategy, Transformation)Own Group overhead budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecast processesDeliver clear, insightful monthly reporting with forward-looking commentarySupport investment cases, headcount planning and transformation initiativesDrive improvements in forecast accuracy and cost visibilityEmbed strong cost governance and identify efficiency opportunitiesDevelop dashboards, KPIs and management information for senior stakeholdersSupport finance process improvement, automation and data quality initiativesOwn the group overhead budget Manage the working capital optimisationOver time, the role will evolve from strong cost control into proactive commercial partnering and value optimisation.About youQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance rolesProven ability to partner senior stakeholders across central ..... full job details .....
