Finance Business Partner

Our client are a rapidly expanding company. As they continue to grow they are now recruiting for a commercially focused, part-qualified accountant to join them in an analytical role to support commercial and operational teams. Duties will include:-Analyse sales, labour productivity, and operational trends to support performance management across the businessDeliver accurate reporting to operations and finance teams to support decision-makingProvide ad-hoc analysis for commercial initiatives, operational reviews, and strategic projectsSupport budgeting and forecasting by maintaining financial models and planning cyclesCollect, validate, and analyse financial data for business planningIdentify risks and opportunities through performance analysis and insightsImprove reporting processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistencyAssist in developing dashboards and reporting tools with the Commercial Finance ManagerMaintain operational reporting systems, including Fourth and Power BIMonitor performance of commercial initiatives, upsell programmes, and operational improvement projectsYou will be a part qualified accountant with experience within a a multi-site company ideally within retail or hospitality.
