Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established, multi-site UK organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis, based from its Southampton, Hampshire office. The business is private-equity backed and entering a significant phase of growth and transformation.As part of this journey, the finance function is evolving to deliver deeper insight and stronger commercial support, including the implementation of a new ERP system and enhancements to reporting and controls.What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentaryDelivering commercial reporting that explains revenue, margin, cost and working capital performanceSupporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting across multiple departments and locationsProviding financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support business cases and investment decisionsPlaying an active role in finance transformation projects, including system implementation and reporting improvements What do you need to succeed?This role would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the business and influencing outcomes.
