      <description>Location: Bath | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Chalk Hill Group are partnering with a well-established, privately owned manufacturing business in their search for a Finance Business Partner. With succession planning in mind, they are looking for an individual who will want to grow this role and progress in the business in the not too distant future. As the business continues to develop, they are looking for an individual to provide meaningful financial insight across their operations and help drive improved performance, efficiency and profitability. This is a hands-on, analytical role that will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding how a manufacturing business operates and using financial information to influence better commercial decisions. The business have sites in Bath and Devizes, with an expectation to be on both sites each week (split can be varied) with one day a week working from home, and a lunch time finish on Fridays.
