The role offers significant exposure across the business and the chance to help shape reporting and systems as the organisation continues to modernise its finance function.The Role As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting operational decision-making and improving financial visibility across manufacturing activities.Responsibilities will include:Delivering monthly variance analysis down to gross marginAnalysing product profitability and production cost performanceConducting deep-dive analysis on individual product buildsSupporting manufacturing variance analysis including labour and cost variancesMaintaining and improving Work in Progress (WIP) reportingSupporting budgeting, forecasting and financial modellingBuilding Excel-based models to support pricing, production volumes and capacity decisionsDeveloping KPIs and management reporting ..... full job details .....
