Finance Business Partner Location: Oakham, RutlandSalary: £60,000 + Profit-Share Bonus + BenefitsJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeWorking Pattern: Office-basedA growing and well-established company based in Oakham is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will produce the full monthly management accounts while providing commercial insight, financial analysis and strategic support to improve business performance and support continued growth. This is not a purely strategic position. You will remain hands-on with the production of the monthly management accounts while providing the commercial insight, analysis and challenge needed to support senior-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities Produce the full monthly management accounts, including PandL, balance sheet and cash flowPrepare board reporting packs and present financial performance to senior leadersLead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planningAnalyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunitiesProvide commercial insight into customer, product and service profitabilitySupport pricing, costing and margin-improvement initiativesPartner with operational leaders to improve efficiency and control costsManage cash-flow forecasting and working-capital performanceStrengthen financial controls, governance and reporting processesDevelop financial models and business cases for investment and ..... full job details .....
