Finance Business Partner Location: Hybrid working based in midlands or north with travel to Brainkind locations as required Salary: £36,900- £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Join Brainkind and help shape the future of care through financial insight and strategic partnering. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional who enjoys working collaboratively with operational leaders, influencing decision-making, and turning financial data into meaningful business insight. About the Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational and corporate teams to provide robust financial analysis, budgeting support, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will act as a trusted advisor to budget holders, helping them understand their financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes. You will play a key role in supporting monthly reporting, annual budget setting, forecasting cycles, business cases, and strategic projects across the organisation.
