Finance Business Partner

Are you an experienced FPandA professional who can turn complex financial data into clear commercial insight? A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, drive financial performance and strengthen planning, forecasting and decision-making across the business. The Role As the Finance Business Partner, you ll: Partner with the Divisional Leadership Team and Functional Directors, providing insight, challenge and decision support. Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles. Develop PandL, cost and cash flow forecasts alongside scenario and sensitivity modelling. Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities. Deliver clear, accurate management reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights. Support business cases, investment appraisals and ROI analysis. Drive cost discipline and improve financial accountability across the business. Develop dashboards, reporting automation and data visualisation. Support ERP transformation, process optimisation and continuous improvement. Maintain strong financial governance in line with IFRS and internal controls. You To be successful, you ll bring: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification. 15+ years experience across FPandA, finance business partnering or financial control.
