Collaborate closely with the operational team to produce accurate monthly management accounts in line with reporting schedules. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, providing detailed analysis of business performance, including costs, revenue, and margins. Work alongside the Business Systems Team to develop processes and improve reporting efficiencies. Prepare and contribute to project WIP reporting, ensuring recording is complete and accurate within business systems. Assist with audit preparations by providing schedules and explanations, delegating tasks where appropriate within the team. Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
