Finance Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead the finance function. Working closely with operational leaders, you will oversee financial reporting, support business performance and lead a team to ensure effective financial control and decision-making.

• Oversee the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Manage and develop the manufacturing finance team.
• Maintain strong balance sheet controls and financial governance.
• Work with operational teams to monitor performance, costs and key KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with data teams to strengthen business insight and decision-making.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of manufacturing finance, develop a team and work closely with the wider business to improve financial and operational performance.
