This role will be key in driving excellence and innovation in their financial practices, strategically shaping overall Finance performance. Reporting directly to the Financial Controler, this role will play a critical part in decision making, partnering with Senior Management and key stakeholders to support key business units and deliver long term goals in a thriving, constantly evolving sector. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with senior managers and their teams to provide valuable insights and advice that align with business objectives and enhance financial performance. Oversee long-term business planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes to ensure alignment with group strategy. Generate monthly management accounts and deliver high-quality financial information that empowers leaders to make strategic business decisions. Develop and implement a robust performance management system, setting and monitoring financial targets to drive the achievement of business goals. Establish early warning systems to identify financial deviations, ensuring a balanced financial flow between inflows and outflows. Play a crucial role in external and internal audit processes, providing essential financial insights and timely responses. Adhoc tasks as and when required.
