We are partnering with a well-established and growing charitable organisation to recruit a versatile and experienced Finance Business Partner. The organisation delivers specialist education, care, and community services that support children, young people, and adults with additional needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.This is a key role within the finance function, combining operational financial management with strategic business partnering across multiple service areas. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will support various directorates include support services and fundraising with insightful analysis, robust financial control, and forward-looking decision support.You will play a critical role in strengthening financial performance, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring managers across the organisation are empowered to make informed financial decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead monthly management accounts preparation and variance analysisPartner with budget holders and operational leaders to provide financial insight and challengeSupport annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningDevelop and improve financial reporting, KPIs, and dashboardsEnsure strong financial controls, compliance, and accurate reconciliationsAssist with year-end processes and audit preparationDrive continuous improvement across finance systems and processesSupport strategic projects, business cases, and funding analysisMentor and ..... full job details .....
